The death has occurred of

Agnes Browne (née Hughes), Gash, Castletown, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

Died 1st May 2026, peacefully at St. Vincent’s Community Nursing Unit, Mountmellick, Co. Laois.

Predeceased by her brothers Paddy, Ger and Jack.

Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving husband Christy, son Christopher, daughter Mary, sister Mary (Coleman) UK, daughter-in-law Ellen, Mary’s partner Michael, grandchildren Roisín, Patrick and Jensen, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
