Walking Together into a New Chapter

As we begin a new chapter in the life of Ossory and Ferns, we look forward to walking this journey together.

Bishop Ger Nash is looking forward to meeting parishioners from all thirteen pastoral areas over the coming weeks and months. These gatherings will provide an opportunity to come together, listen to one another and have an open and honest conversation about the journey ahead for our Church.

As Ossory and Ferns now share a bishop, what might this new chapter mean for our dioceses, our parishes and our communities? What opportunities might it bring, and what challenges will we need to face together?

As we look to the future, we want to do so with hope. These conversations are an opportunity to reflect together on how we can embrace the opportunities that change brings, while also acknowledging the challenges, hopes and fears that we may carry.

Together with Bishop Ger, clergy, members of the Parish Pastoral Councils and Pastoral Area Councils, everyone is warmly invited to come along and be part of this important conversation.
